TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
At Controlled Chaos Arms we appreciate firearm owners who recognize the responsibility that they have undertaken. We understand the need to protect yourself and your loved ones and are devoted to giving you the training and knowledge to do so. We are dedicated to providing training that is effective in the real-world; not just on the shooting range. Our instructors are SWAT trained Law Enforcement Officers with extensive background in the areas of Firearms, Hand-to-Hand Combat, and CQB(close quarters battle). We look forward to having you in our training courses and providing you with the lifesaving skills you seek.
Basic Handgun (COED)- This course will be offered 4/20, 5/18, 6/22, 7/14, 8/17, 10/5 & 11/9 at the Big Springs Range complex - a $20 range fee applies.
Women Only Basic Handgun - This course will be offered 5/19 at the Big Springs Range complex - a $20 range fee applies.
Tactical Pistol I - This two day course will be offered 5/25-26, 9/14-15 at the Big Springs Range complex - a $40 range fee applies.
Tactical Pistol II - This two day course will be offered 11/2-3 at the Big Springs Range complex - a $40 range fee applies.
Basic Rifle - This course will be offered at 5/25, 7/13, 8/10 & 10/6 the Big Springs Range complex - a $20 range fee applies.
Tactical Rifle I - This two day course will be offered 6/15-16, 9/7-8 at the Big Springs Range complex - a $40 range fee applies.
Tactical Rifle II - This two day course will be offered 10/12-13 at the Big Springs Range complex - a $40 range fee applies.
Women's Self Defense - This course will be offered 3/16 and 12/14 at the Baxter Iowa Community Center - $50 for the 4 hour course.
Defensive Edged Weapons - This course will be offered 3/9 & 11/16 - Location TBD (near Des Moines).

NEW FOR 2013:
Shotgun I - This course will be offered 8/18 at the Big Springs Range complex - a $20 range fee applies.
Rimfire Rifle - This course will be offered 4/27, 6/23, & 7/28 at the Big Springs Range complex - a $20 range fee applies.
AK Basic Carbine - This course will be offered 9/21 at the Big Springs Range complex - a $20 range fee applies.
Special Guest Instruction:
Precision Rifle I - This two day course will be offered 6/29-30
at the Big Springs Range complex and instructed by members of
TEAM BLASTER. a $40 range fee applies to this course.
Precision Rifle II - This two day course (date TBD) will be instructed
by members of TEAM BLASTER. a $40 range fee applies to this course.
Way of the Gun - This two day course will be held at a private location 6/29-30
and instructed by Frank Proctor of Way of the Gun. Openings in this course are limited.

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE DUE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR CHOSEN COURSE UNLESS OTHERWISE SECURED DIRECTLY WITH OUR TRAINING DIRECTOR, RICK LARGESSE. NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE SELECTED TRAINING DATES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, COURSES START AT 8AM AND WILL BE HELD AT THE BIG SPRINGS RANGE COMPLEX. INFORMATION REGARDING THE COMPLEX BELOW:
